Important:
- Baby, puppy and/or veteran dog cannot be taken as 1st dog!
- Competitions could be ordered on the day of the respective show by 12,00 a.m. in the show office for the fee of CZK 400,-
- Based on bad experiences from the past it will unfortunately not be allowed to pay on the show.

- For identification of payments for 1st and 2nd closing date the date of post stamp on the envelope will be decisive.
- Confirmed copy of payment receipt to be enclosed to the entry form
Without copied payment confirmation the entry form will not be accepted!!!
- KCHLS members have to attach a copy of paid membership fee for 2009/2010
- In case on insufficiently filled entry form, additional corrections and related correspondence a fee of CZK 50,- will be charged before the beginning of the show.
- Please attach a copy of Pedigree (applicable for all dogs entering the show) and copy of the respective working test certificate or confirmation about the respective title for champion class.
4. Show Classes:
1. Baby Class 4-6 months, in this class the evaluations VP (very promising) or P (Promising )can be achieved
2. Puppy Class 6-9 months, in this class the evaluations VP (very promising) or P (Promising )can be achieved
3. Youth Class 9-18 months, a CAJC title can be granted
4. Middle Class 15-24 months, a CAC title can be granted
5. Open Class as of the 15th months age of the dog. A CAC title can be granted
6. Working Class as of the 15th months age of the dog. A CAC title can be granted. To attend the working class the owner of the dog is obliged to provide respective working test certificate.
7. Winner’s Class as of the 15th months age of the dog. In this class CAC title can be granted. The following dogs are allowed to attend this class: dogs with Inter-Champion or Champion title of the respective FCI member country and/or dogs with titles Special Show Winner, Club Winner and National Winner.
8. Veteran Class as of 8th year age of the dog
5. Titles
Saturday 12. 06. 2010:
- For dog and bitch winning in the Youth class the title Excellent 1, CAJC can be granted the title Junior special show winner.
- For dogs and bitches winning in the Middle, Open, Working and Winners’ classes Excellent 2 can be granted the title Res CAC
- Dogs and bitches from Middle, Open, Working and Winner’s classes evaluated V1 can be granted a title CAC.
- To choose the Special Spaniel Show Winner dogs and bitches with title CAC from Middle, Open, Working and Winner’s classes will be evaluated
- Dogs and bitches from Veteran class evaluated as Excellent 1 can be granted a title Best Veteran
- To choose BOB Junior Special Spaniel Show Winners CAJC (dog and bitch), Special Spaniel Show Winners (dog and bitch) and Excellent 1 from Veteran class will be presented.
Sunday 13. 06. 2010:
- For dog and bitch winning in the Youth class the title Excellent 1, CAJC can be granted the title Junior club show winner
- For dogs and bitches winning in the Middle, Open, Working and Winners’ classes Excellent 2 can be granted the title Res.CAC
- Dogs and bitches from Middle, Open, Working and Winner’s classes evaluated V1 can be granted a title CAC
- To choose the Club Show Winner dogs and bitches with title CAC from Middle, Open, Working and Winner’s classes will be evaluated
- Dogs and bitches from Veteran class evaluated as Excellent 1 can be granted a title Best Veteran
- To choose BOB Junior Club Show Winners CAJC (dog and bitch), Club Show Winners (dog and bitch) and Excellent 1 from Veteran class will be presented.
All showed dogs will obtain an evaluation and Diploma. Dogs winning the Very Promising 1 will get gaillardia. Dogs with titles CAJC, CAC, Winner of the respective show and Best Veteran will obtain
6. Titles and Awards in Competitions:
BIS BABY – dogs and bitches from BABY class evaluated with VP1 will attend this competition
BIS PUPPY - dogs and bitches from PUPPY class evaluated with VP1 will attend this competition
BIS JUNIOR - dogs and bitches from JUNIOR class which obtained the CAC title will attend this competition
BIS VETERAN - dogs and bitches from VETERAN class evaluated as Excellent 1 will attend this competition
BIS – all individuals winning the BOB will attend this competition
Best Couple – for dog and bitch of same breed in the ownership of one owner whose were judged on the show.
Best Breeding Group – for at least 3 up to max. 5 individuals of same breed from one kennel and from min. 2 sires of dams whose were judged on the show
Best Stud Dog – stud dog with at lest 5 progeny whose were all judged on the show. Type and duality of the breed is being judged. The stud dog itself must not be judged on the show.
7. Documents enabling the participation on the show: Entry list, Pedigree ad Pet Passport
8. Veterinary conditions:
By the take over the dog must have valid veterinary certificate confirming that it has valid vaccination against rabies, not shorter than 30 days form the day of the first show. It must have valid vaccination against canina distemper, parvovirose and hepatitis not shorter than 30 days and not older than 1 year before the day of the first show.
9. Advice how to fill in the Entry form:
- The entry forms are to be filled in via typewriter or in block letters
- Each dog has its own entry form
- A non legible entry forms will not be accepted. The organizer is not responsible for incorrectly filled entry form,
- If copies of certificates of working test or copies of paper confirming the title Club Winner, National Winner, Champion of FCI land of Inter-Champion are missing, the dog will be automatically entered into open class without notifying the owner.
- Copies will not be returned. The certificates about working test for hunting breeds are issued by ČMKJ (Czech Moravian Cynological Union)
- The entry form will not be accepted without an attached confirmation about executed payment.
- One dog can enter one class only. The dogs cannot be moved from one class to another after the closing date.
- The acceptance of the dog for the chosen show will be confirmed in writing via an Entry List either via post or via e-mail confirmation (to be marked in the Entry form). With acceptance of the entry form the exhibitor is governed by the regulations of FCI show rules and propositions.
- The exhibitor agrees with presentation of his/her name and address in the Show Catalogue.
10. GENOMIA DNA Clinic
Genomia s.r.o. (an accredited laboratory ČIA under the Number 1549; www.genomia.cz) The result of the test in the form of an official certificate in the Czech or English language. The samples could be taken (a) via own vet with confirmed order form, (b) directly on the show in a specified time. Below prices are applicable for the purpose of this event only and the samples must be taken over until June 13th, 2010 16,00 (4 p.m.). Exact information, order forms and advices for payment will be presented on the webpage of KCHLS later on. Payment in cash on the shows, via bank transfer or via credit card will be enabled.

11. General Conditions:
- The show is open for dogs and bitches of the following breeds: Spaniels, Flushing dogs, Water dogs and other breeds under the FCI Group VIII. associated under KCHLS excluding retrievers. The dogs must be entered into the by FCI accepted stood books and they must achieve the respective age necessary for the respective class in which they are entered for.
- The show will take place in pavillon “H” on Brno Fairs and Exhibitions ground.
- 2nd dog means a dog owned by the same owner with the same seat/address. A dog in co-ownership cannot be at any time taken as the 1st dog. Imported dogs have to be entered in the Czech stood books, however abbreviations of former stood books and entry number from the former land of origin must be entered too.
- Dogs in co-ownership entered in a stood book abroad and not in ČLP will automatically be taken as dog of non-Club-member.
- The Organiser of the Show isn’t responsible neither for damages caused by a dog and/or its owner nor for possible lost or death of the dog.
- The dogs are not allowed to run free. The Show committee can refuse an Entry form without any reason.
- Pregnant or sucking bitches, bitches in heat or dog individuals after any veterinary intervention that led to removal of a defect of the respective dog’s exterior are suspended from the show
-It is forbidden to treat the coat, skin or nose with anything that alters the structure, colour or form.
-It is strictly forbidden to leave dogs tied up on trimming tables except the time they are prepared for the show (trimmed, brushed or combed).
- Owners of the dogs with granted BOB title are obliged to participate on the final winners’ competition.
- If not in the proposition stated otherwise, all regulations of International show rules of FCI and show rules of ČMKU are valid.
- Only puppies entered for the show are allowed. Sale of puppies on the show is prohibited.
11. Protests:
A protest against the Judge’s decision is not acceptable. Raising a protest could be for formal reasons of breakage of show rules and propositions only. The protest must be entered in writing together with a deposit of a security in the amount of CZK 500,- until the end of the judging in the show rings. If the protest is not accepted, the deposited security will be forfeited in favour of the show organizer
